Board of Directors

Each year at their November Annual Meeting, the Voting Members of the Corporation (i.e. designated representatives of Participating Municipalities) elect one-third of the Board of Directors to new, three-year terms.  In accordance with the organization's By-Laws, five (5) members of the Board must be elected from the representatives of either Nassau County or its participating municipalities, five (5) members of the Board must be elected from the representatives of either Suffolk County or its participating municipalities, and five (5) members of the Board are elected at-large and need not be designated municipal representatives.   Immediately following the Annual Meeting, the elected Board of Directors meet and elect Officers for the following year.  Following are the members of the Board of Directors with their affiliations and current term of office:
