Meeting Notices

The Long Island North Shore Heritage Area, Inc. Board of Directors currently meets on the third Wednesday of the months of January, March, May, September, and November (Annual Meeting).  With the exception of the November Annual Meeting, these Board Meetings are typically held at different times during the day at diverse locations within the Heritage Area.  The November Annual Meeting of the Voting Members of the Corporation, which precedes the November meeting of the Board of Directors, will be held at 7:00 PM at a location to be determined.  Following is the current schedule for upcoming meetings:

  • January 20, 2010 (Wednesday), REGULAR MEETING, 5:00 PM, The Art Guild, Elderfields Historic Site, Flower Hill
  • March 17, 2010 (Wednesday), REGULAR MEETING, 8:30 AM, Suffolk County Historical Society, Riverhead 
  • May 19, 2010 (Wednesday), REGULAR MEETING, 1:30 PM, Cold Spring Harbor Library & Environmental Center (tentative)
  • September 15, 2010 (Wednesday), REGULAR MEETING, 1:00 PM (location to be determined) 
  • November 17, 2010 (Wednesday), ANNUAL MEETING, 7:00 PM (location to be determined) 

NOTE:  Board meeting times and locations are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
